The implementation of U4S is based on "Redesign University Higher Education: University, Industry, and Community Engagement", as well as the Malaysian Education Development Plan (PT) 2015-2025 where the "Quadruple Helix Engagement Model" is the main axis of the U4S concept. This model will ensure the sustainability of relations between universities, government, industry, and community and will have a direct impact (outcome) to society in the form of changes in knowledge, attitudes, skills, and aspirations (KASA); will be able to create new products/services that contribute to the well-being of society through increased commercial value and wealth creation.
